01 / DESIGN

Design & molds

From pencil sketch to physical prototype, every step happens in our own design department. 6 senior designers release 2,000+ new pieces every month, tracking European and US fashion cycles. 3D printers validate three-dimensional forms; sand-casting reproduces classic patterns; 10 wax-injection machines turn samples around in batches. Average sketch-to-first-piece time: 3 days.

02 / PRODUCTION

Production & plating

23 production departments with one specialist per stage: pressing → tree-mounting → sand-casting → wax-injection → stone-setting → welding → polishing. The plating shop offers gold, silver and rose-gold finishes, with full smoke and dust extraction infrastructure that meets the ISO 9001 quality management system and the EU REACH environmental standard.

03 / QUALITY

Triple QC + packaging

Every finished piece passes three independent inspection stages before shipping: final visual QC, black-light QC (hidden flaws under UV), and electrical QC (conductivity + plating uniformity). Random samples from every batch are sent to SGS and NGTC for third-party verification. Packaging options range from loose pack to poly bags, branded gift boxes, or fully custom client packaging.
