1. Nature of the site This site is JEWELRY ROOTS's product showcase and inquiry platform. All displayed specifications are reference only; formal pricing is confirmed by email. 2. Inquiry process Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an order. Orders require written confirmation from both parties (email, contract or PI). 3. Intellectual property Site content, product photographs and logos are the property of JEWELRY ROOTS and may not be used commercially without written permission. Copyright in OEM-exclusive designs is governed by the applicable contract. 4. User conduct You may not: upload malicious code, submit fraudulent inquiries, scrape the site for competitive purposes, or attack/abuse the service. 5. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, JEWELRY ROOTS is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. 6. Disputes These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Yiwu People's Court.
