    Share your reference images, target market, MOQ and budget. We confirm feasibility within 24 hours. NDA on request.

    Design & Drawing

    Day 1–5

    Our designers turn your reference into 2D / 3D renders. Multiple revision rounds until you sign off, with a final unit-cost quote.

  3. 03

    Mold Confirmation

    Day 6–9

    We cut the physical mold from your approved drawing and send detailed photos. Locked only after you confirm.

  4. 04

    Sample Confirmation

    Day 10–14

    First physical sample is cast, finished and express-shipped to your office. We refine until you fully approve it.

  5. 05

    Bulk Production

    Day 15–35

    Your full order runs on our own lines. Triple QC at casting, plating and finishing — progress photos sent along the way.

  6. 06

    Packaging & Shipping

    Day 36+

    Pieces are packed into your branded or our standard packaging, carton-loaded with customs paperwork, then handed to your forwarder or DHL / FedEx / sea LCL.
